LEGO-themed bike safety event teaching youth safe riding skills, rules of the road & bike maintenance. Free on-site bike repair for anyone.
Bring your family on bikes for an afternoon of fun, free, riding and learning, complete with donuts & prizes! There’s something for all ages and experience levels, with a giant riding practice course on the blacktop, bike ramps & obstacle course, bike safety education with prizes to earn, bike maintenance lessons, and free professional bike repair (open to all, first-come/first-served).
Pre-registration for the event is appreciated but not required.

Schedule of Events
1PM – 4PM Family Bike Fair at Central Middle School blacktop
- Giant Riding Practice Course – ride with our city’s Bicycle Sheriffs
- Learning Stations – rules of the road & safe riding skills (LEGO themed, for K-8)
- Hands-on Bike Maintenance – get safety checks, tires aired up, chain care, brake adjusting, seat raising, helmet fitting, flat fixing & more (for all ages)
- Professional Bike Mechanic on-site
- Prizes & Donuts
4PM – ‘Tour de Family’ Bike Ride–Sheriff-led, on neighborhood streets
- Riders should be able to ride safely in a group and follow rules of the road
- Helmets required for under 18.
