PAYMENT PLAN
Should you need a payment plan, please contact Stephanie Thomas using the instructions below. In the meantime, register as “paying by check” so your registration is in the system and the payment plan will be set up as follows:
1) Email Stephanie Thomas at [email protected] and she will set up a 2-6 month plan (all payments must be completed by October 15th, 2023).
2) She will send you a digital invoice from STRIPE based on the information below and it will become an automated monthly deduction once you enter your credit card details. When you email her, please include the following:
GROUP REGISTRATION

AIRPORT TRANSFER OPTIONS
Uber – Download the Uber app to your phone. The hotel is approximately 12 minutes from the from the San Jose International airport (SJC)
TRANSPORTATION FOR THOSE OUT OF TOWN
If you are coming the the event at Cathedral of Faith on Wednesday night, you will be responsible for finding transportation to and from the hotel. We recommend using Uber or Lyft. You will have to download those apps onto your phone.
If you plan to sight see, renting a car may be the best option, as Uber prices can quickly add up.
