This 2-hour program will include meditation, a listening circle, and nature walk with Ram Appalaraju, Alie Victorine, and Bruce Victorine. Ram is a practitioner of meditation for over 40 years and has been practicing mindfulness meditation for over a decade. Alie and Bruce are bird enthusiasts and have been leading wildlife walks with KCCB for over 5 years.
