Nob Hill Pond is a very productive area to view a variety of ducks and other waterbirds. Time permitting, we may check some other excellent birding sites nearby. Bring spotting scopes if you have them. Restrooms are available in the nearby shopping center. Directions: From US 101, take the Redwood Shores Parkway exit east, just past the Nob Hill shopping plaza, turn right on Bridge Parkway, then almost immediately turn right at Tiller Lane (there is a small park in front of you, named “Mariner Park”). Follow Tiller Lane to its end point, where you turn left on Spar Drive to its end (698 Spar Drive), where there is a small cul-de-sac with street parking where we will meet with additional street parking nearby.
