One of San José’s most loved open spaces is the Municipal Rose Garden. Join SVBC on a ride along Park Avenue from Diridon Caltrain Station to the Rose Garden. This short ride will travel at 8-12 miles per hour, and is suitable for riders who are looking for a short, comfortable, supportive group ride on surface streets.
We’ll gather at the San Jose Caltrain station starting at 9:30, and depart at 10:15 to accommodate the southbound Caltrain at 10:10. Expect 10 miles of surface streets, bike lanes.. E-bikes, tandems, trikes, and trailers are all welcome!
Interested in volunteering to help make this ride happen? When you get your ticket, register as a Volunteer Ride Leader to wear a vest, ride as a middle support or a sweep, and be trained in Ride Leadership. Volunteer Ride Leaders are expected to arrive no later than 9:30 AM
