Course-One (Paired with Tequila Blanco Cocktail) – Baby Mixed Greens ad Strawberry Salad – We source only the freshest, locally-sourced baby mixed greens and pair them with succulent, hand-picked strawberries for a delicious flavor combination. To add an extra crunch and sweetness, our salad also features candied walnuts to create a perfect harmony of textures and tastes. The subtle yet impactful flavor of fresh basil blends seamlessly with the strawberries and mixed greens, stimulating the senses with every bite. Topping this hearty salad with tangy queso fresco compliments the vibrant sweetness of the strawberries. To tie the flavors together we’ve added our Strawberry and Poppy Seed Vinaigrette dressing.
