Last year some of you were Ghosted by the Bay. What’s the opposite of being ghosted? The opposite is being Zombied by the Bay, which refers to when someone who previously ghosted you pings you or shows up in your life after a long period of silence, like a dead person rising from the grave.
Halloween is much, more fun when you spend it at a classy venue, such as an upscale hotel. And more importantly, whom you celebrate it with is the most important factor of whether you have a good time or not. Come enjoy a special night with your friends and/or meet some new friends as we celebrate our 10th Halloween Costume & Dance Party (missed 2020 due to the pandemic). Don’t miss this one!
FORMAT
This will be a cocktail mixer/dance party with a costume contest. The cocktail mixer portion of the event will start at 6:00 PM to provide attendees a chance to meet new friends before the music gets pumped up. DJ Dave X will be playing the scary hits of today and yesterday. This event announcement is likely to raise some former attendees from the grave!
Both couples and singles are welcome to attend this event. Note that the VIP Singles Lounge tickets are for single people only. There will be limited number of these tickets; and complimentary appetizers will be provided while supplies last.
HALLOWEEN COSTUME EVENT
Costumes are not required, but recommended. You’ll have much, more fun if you put a little effort into wearing one. There will be prizes for the best costumes. The finalists will be selected by the ghost judges. The winner of each category will be determined by the noise of the crowd.

**Note that arriving BEFORE 9:30 PM and wearing a costume automatically enters you into the costume contest. No contest registration required.
***Note no real or fake weapons will be permitted in the hotel.

6:00 – Event / Mixer starts
7:30 – Music pumped up by the DJ
9:30 – Deadline for entering the costume contest by just showing up
10:00 – Costume contest winners announced in the ballroom
12:00 – Party ends

PARKING OPTIONS
*FREE parking in garage adjacent to the left when facing the hotel. Look for the “HOTEL PARKING” sign. Do not enter the two “PUBLIC PARKING” entrances as these lots close early and your car could get stuck overnight. At the HOTEL PARKING entrance, call the attendant & tell them that you are attending the event.
*The overnight parking charge is $15.
*Best not to leave anything of value in the car. The promoters and venue will not be held responsible for any loss or damaged incurred.

Please note that tickets are non-refundable but they are non-transferable by having the attendee reference the name of the purchaser. Online ticket sales will end on Friday, October 25th at 11:30 PM unless we sell out beforehand.
This is event is for adults 21 years of age and older only. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone. The recommended age is 35+. Also, both the Organizers and the Hyatt Centric have the right to remove anyone from the party for bad behavior.
